Sierra 2882 Update Options Current/Prerelease/Previous Not Working

Hello, I am currently using Sierra version 2882 and I am still experiencing an issue with the charts. Not all charts are saving their position and appearance. After restarting the platform, some of them do not retain their size and location, and I have to manually resize and adjust them again. The second issue concerns the update function. In the Help menu, when I click “Download Current Version,” nothing happens. The same applies to the other two update options: “Download Prerelease” and “Download Previous Version.” There is no response at all — no window opens and no error message appears. Could you please advise what might be causing this and how I can resolve these problems? Is there a way to perform a manual update or any workaround available?
