Hi, Thank you very much for your response and for the instructions on what to do in such situations. Today, when I checked the download process, the pop-up window appeared in every case. Yesterday, nothing was appearing at all. As for the window sizes after minimizing, all windows returned to their correct positions except for one, but that is not really an issue.
