You have the following package selected for your account: - 10 - Integrated Standard (for 12 months) The cost for this package is $280.80, as you are paying for the full 12 months (372 days) up front. If you do not want to buy a full 12 months up front, then you can change the length of time you do want. We offer packages in 1, 3, 6, and 12 month options. You select the package you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=227779#ServicePackage The general instructions for selecting a package, adding funds, and activating the package are here: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Why can't I trade 1 micro contract? With $1,000, I could open several micro contracts at the same time. Please see the attachment.

The message is telling you that you are trying to send an order with Attached Orders. But the Attached Orders have a total quantity of 2 entered for them, whereas your parent order is only a quantity of 1. Therefore, there is a mismatch in the quantities. Please look over your attached orders and adjust them so there is a matching quantity to the parent order. Refer to the following: Attached Orders: Order Quantity Matching For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Please provide information on how to open a new YM chart and transfer all settings from the chart with faulty negative volume to it.

We are not sure why the crosshairs are showing a value like that. But we are also confused as to why there is no scale showing for the Volume study in that region. Have you set the colors to not show the scale somehow? Please right-click where the scale should be for the Volume study and select "Scale Settings". Make sure the "Scale Range" is set to "Automatic Zero-Based". If it is something else, then change it to that option. Close that window, and then right-click again where the scale should be and select "Reset". Let us know if this resolves the issue. If not, then open the "Tool Values Window" and with the crosshair look at the volumes and verify that they are positive values and not actually negative values.
