Receiving the data stops when Open Market Depth Window turns on.

When I start Open Market Depth Window (OMDW) on laptop or on one of two additional monitors the three screens are freezing. When I remove OMDW Sierra Chart starts working again.

There should be no connection between these items. When you open the Market Depth window and the other screens freeze, does the Market Depth window continue to function properly? Does it continuously update the information in it? What exactly is occurring on the other windows? What happens if you try to access them? When you open the Market Depth window and the other screens freeze, does the Market Depth window continue to function properly? NO. Does it continuously update the information in it? NO. What exactly is occurring on the other windows? I use Clock-Real Time from chart studies on each screen and when I start OMDW on laptop or on one of two additional monitors the three screens and Clock-Real Time are freezing. If I try to acsses them nothing happens. What happens if you try to access them?

Please get us the chartbook that has this occurring, as we want to see if we can reproduce this with your chartbook.
