The first thing you need to understand is that although you can use Sierra Chart on multiple computers at the same time, the exchanges work differently, and you are not setup to get the data to two different computers at the same time right now. Refer to the following for this: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously Second, when you do setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed to be able to get the data to two different computers at the same time, you will only get a duplicate of the exchanges that you have active. Therefore, there is no way, when using a single Sierra Chart account, to get the data with Market Depth to one system and to get the data without the Market Depth to another system. But, if the Market Depth is not needed for a system, then simply do not use it. You can set the columns in the DOM to just be Buy/Sell columns and not display the Market Depth data. It surely should be possible to get the data for 2 laptops at the same time if we will pay for it. My point is that market depth data cost 40 usd, no market dept cost 6 usd SO right now: - I (using laptop A) use market depth and pay 40 usd - My dad (using laptop B) does not use it so he will pay only 6 usd But this is what i dont understand. There will be two different types os datafeed for 1 sierra account. So it is conflicting. Laptop should use the market depth for 40usd, laptop B should use the no-market depth for 6usd. How should this be set up? |

Yes, you can get the data to two different systems at the same time. But there is a limit of 2 systems at most. SO right now:
- I (using laptop A) use market depth and pay 40 usd - My dad (using laptop B) does not use it so he will pay only 6 usd You can not do this with a single Sierra Chart account. If you use a single Sierra Chart account and you want to get the data to two different computers at the same time, then you need to pay a second set of exchange fees for the exchanges that are active. This means that if you need the Market Depth, then you would need to pay for double that exchange option. It does not work that you have one exchange for Market Depth and another without Market Depth and have that count as two exchanges. -- Given this, you would need to consider whether it is cheaper to pay double the exchange fee (an extra $40.00) or get a second Sierra Chart account (minimum of $36.00) with the top-of-book data ($6.00). Monetarily, you are better off paying the additional exchange fee.
