Hi,

I am having this problem for some time, now i have take the time to make a short video to show you the problem

Each time i restart Sierra Chart, all my daily charts , the candles show wrong highs/lows
each time to fix this i need to delete and download the data

in the video instead of restarting Sierra Chart , i disconnect and reconnect the data feed , to better show you
the problem is the same, always wrong candles !

please advice what the problem is here

thank you

We considered this and did some checking. This appears to be a FXCM data problem that we cannot easily resolve.

We have pointed this out before to them and they really have not solved it. So we do not know what can be done.

I understand that there might be a problem on FXCM site,
but are you serious that you are aware of this problem and can't solve it ??

what about for example that you build in on a FXCM connection , each time there is a disconnect and a reconnection
you have all historical charts do an "delete and download" operation ?
that way the strange candle is fixed, and those of us who have +30 daily forex charts on the chartbook do not have to do the proces manualy each time Sierra charts is started or there is a internet disconnection

May I please ask that you consider some kind of way around the problem
that would be highly appreciated

What you describe is not going to work. It only seems to work due to the nature of the problem.

i am not a programmer, i am not suggesting the example i gave would be the solution,
but if I can manualy "fix" the problem... why wouldn't you programmers be able to build in a solution ??

The only reasonable solution is for us to find another source for data and we are going to be working on that.

As a general policy, we are not going to come up with ridiculous solutions to data problems with services.
