I understand that there might be a problem on FXCM site, but are you serious that you are aware of this problem and can't solve it ?? what about for example that you build in on a FXCM connection , each time there is a disconnect and a reconnection you have all historical charts do an "delete and download" operation ? that way the strange candle is fixed, and those of us who have +30 daily forex charts on the chartbook do not have to do the proces manualy each time Sierra charts is started or there is a internet disconnection May I please ask that you consider some kind of way around the problem that would be highly appreciated |
