Sorry. I look for this answer and I can understand the info. I got a service 10 package. What I want is to see real time data. I activate Denali data feed etc. I got Bookmap with real time data. Difference is 10 minutes delayed for Sierra. How can i solve this? Thanks in advance. |

If you have a brokerage account with Interactive Brokers, or a Futures Broker that uses Rithmic for the order routing, then you can get the data from them. If you want to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then to get the CME Group data at the Non-Professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
