When I'm on a chart, i can use the hand instead of the pointer to click and drag the chart to move it left and right, but the problem is that i can't move it up or down. I see that i can put the y axis scale on interactive scale move which allows me to move the chart vertically, but i also want to be able to stretch the chart vertically which requires me to have on interactive scale range. I want to be able to keep the y axis scale on one of these options and be able to do the other one still without having to right click on the y axis scale and manually change the setting every time. is this possible?

If you are wanting the Hand tool to move the chart vertically, then refer to the following setting: Chart Drawing Tools: Support Vertical Scaling/Movement With Hand Tool (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Tool Options) If it is something else, then please give us more specific information on what you are trying to do, but please do not be superfluous, as we can get lost in long descriptions.
