SC blocked for three times in 15 minutes.

Dear support,
I have to report that SC blocked for three times so that I had to close from task manager, after the second time I restarted the PC. It hangs again. I traded all the afternoon without problöems with the same amount of chartbooks open.
Can you please help me?

We need more specific information. What exactly do you mean by "blocked"? Are you able to interact with the program (i.e. select a menu item, control bar button, etc.)? Were you just not getting any data coming in? Could you not interact with the program at all?

I was not able to interact anymore with SC, not even close it, the screen got brighter as it happens when a program does not interact anymore. This morning it seems everything ok (I live in Germany). Is there somewehere an error log?

What you are describing is a high processing load condition. The only log is the Message Log:
Message Log

It may or may not have any useful information. Most likely not.
