Dear support, I have to report that SC blocked for three times so that I had to close from task manager, after the second time I restarted the PC. It hangs again. I traded all the afternoon without problöems with the same amount of chartbooks open. Can you please help me? Thanks Gabriele |

We need more specific information. What exactly do you mean by "blocked"? Are you able to interact with the program (i.e. select a menu item, control bar button, etc.)? Were you just not getting any data coming in? Could you not interact with the program at all?

I was not able to interact anymore with SC, not even close it, the screen got brighter as it happens when a program does not interact anymore. This morning it seems everything ok (I live in Germany). Is there somewehere an error log?
