Dear Support Team!

I have followed every step on the article abount performance EXEPT getting denali data(Currently I have rithmic). I'd like to share a video of an NQ dom with 0.5 tick size.
In my eyes this looks a bit laggy but i dont know for sure because I dont have any videos to compare it to.
Also I have tried every update ms interval between 15-200.

FYI
...
I am on DENALI with chart update interval 15ms
Having DOM with almost every column possible set along with T&S aside in one instance
Your very logical approach (inability to compare) prompted me to let you know that on my side everything is very "alive and snappy"
I am in MNQ March contract
Also DENALI is my religion

Hopefully this helps

There is nothing we can do in relation to third party data. If there are issues, then our recommendation is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead.

One way to see how well the Denali Exchange Data Feed will work for you is to install a second Sierra Chart and leave the "Current Selected Service" set to the default of "SC Data". You will then have access to our Delayed Streaming Data. This data acts just like the real-time data, except it is delayed by 10-15 minutes, depending on the exchange. So you will be able to view how the Denali data acts. We know this does not give you a way to compare directly, as the data will not be occurring at the same time, but you should be able to get a feel for how it updates relative to Rithmic.

Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I'm looking at 4 chart doms (NQ, ES, CL and GC). My doms and all charts were all lagging today a lot. I even stripped all charts to a clean chart with little effect. My laptop is new last October and is a ROG gamer. Is there anyone else out there with the same problem?

I'm very careful with this new gamer. No games or anything else. Just sierra chart.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. TY

I have upgraded to the latest version of SC(2880), and looks like the the dom were moving smooth again. I’ll see RTH tomorrow.
