There is nothing we can do in relation to third party data. If there are issues, then our recommendation is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. One way to see how well the Denali Exchange Data Feed will work for you is to install a second Sierra Chart and leave the "Current Selected Service" set to the default of "SC Data". You will then have access to our Delayed Streaming Data. This data acts just like the real-time data, except it is delayed by 10-15 minutes, depending on the exchange. So you will be able to view how the Denali data acts. We know this does not give you a way to compare directly, as the data will not be occurring at the same time, but you should be able to get a feel for how it updates relative to Rithmic.
