I have just started to get this following message on trying to activate the CME exchange:

[✖] Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts' exchange.
[✖] Exchanges cannot be activated.

I have tried different types of exchange, I get the same message, I have enough funds in the account

Can you kindly let me know how I can resolve this?

Your Sierra Chart account is expired. You can not activate an exchange for an expired account. You first need to add enough funds for your account to renew to the package you currently have selected, then you can activate the exchange you want.

To reiterate, you currently have the "Integrated Advanced" package (Package 11) for one month set for your account. As soon as you have $46.00 in your Services Surplus, your account will automatically remove the $46.00 from the Services Surplus and give you the 1 month of Usage Time.
