Hi Support, My chart froze(delayed data) today for about 20 minutes updated and is frozen again while I am submitting this ticket could please explain why this is happening and how to avoid a recurrence. From what you show, it implies that you had a connectivity issue during that time. We do want to point out that you are connecting to, and getting your data, from Rithmic. So most likely this was a connection issue to Rithmic. If you have not cleared your Message Log, or restarted Sierra Chart, then you can get us your Message Log and we'll see if there is anything specific in it.
