Hi, I connected my account to my Ironbeam account. activated package 12, real time cme data but I still cant use trade evaluator for paper trading and my live account. Please solve the problem asap.

We do not know what you mean by "I still cant use trade evaluator for paper trading and my live account."

With a single installation of Sierra Chart, you can only be connected to one trading service. So this would either be the "Trading Evaluator" or your live account. It can not be both.

You can be connected to your live account and use the built-in Simulation Mode, if this is what you are wanting to do.

Are you having a problem connecting to your live account? If so, what order routing service are you setup to use?
