Just downloaded and activated my account an hour ago and have been looking at the TPO charts for a free symbol. I was able to look back as far as the trial said i would, atleast a month. I then clicked the 1M button and then the 5M button and it looked like it kind of glitched for a second, and now all of the sudden i can no longer get any data to load from before 1/20. just a second ago I could, and now no chart will load anything from before 1/20. It is the strangest thing. I tried restarting the application, but to no avail. the TPO chart now only shows back to 1/20 and i cant get it to show all the other TPOs like before. what did i do to make it limit the days? |

You are limited to 10 days of data in an intraday chart while on a trial. The way the system works is if you have not had a full recalculation, then the chart will not update, so you can see more than the 10 days, but when there is a full recalculation (adding a study, restarting the software, etc.), then the number of days will be enforced.
