DPL anomaly - help please.

I realise there are a lot of settings that need to be correct for DPL to be correct, but I have been using SC for a while and never seen this before. I have attached a 2-minute video to show the behaviour. Hopefully, I can get this corrected. Hello John, I guess you didn't watch the video I made. The DPL in the trade window is CORRECT. The tics reported are INCORRECT, which means the SC software is wrong. It's not due to a setting error on my part. Also, the DPL in the "Balance Window/Trade Account Monitor" is INCORRECT (it does not align with the trade window), so clearly SC is calculating those 2 values differently, which doesn’t make sense. I have read the documentation you linked THOROUGHLY and all my settings are as recommended. I also note that what I am describing relates to only ONE trade within the time window, so those settings are effectively irrelevant to this discussion. If you have a question about it and it does not look right, there is no further help we will provide.
