TPO charts no updating

Before you even go on reading the rest, just do you know, I love Sierra Chart.

The best platform I have ever used.

Ok on to my issue.

I got a new computer.

I emailed my CHT files from my old computer to myself.

I downloaded Sierra Chart 64bit on my new computer. The Example chartbooks work fine.

But, when I open the TPO charts I emailed myself, the data doesn't update.

Please help me.

Please get us the Message Log by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chartbook that has this issue with "File >> Open Chartbook". Tell us the Chart Number.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
