When I scan my watchlist for my alert conditions all the positive alerts are listed in the alert Manager log but also symbols that there were no positive alerts for are also listed making it impossible to copy the positive alerts and put them in a watchlist. I need to be able to sort them, than i could just copy the positives.

The Alert Manager is going to show alerts where there was a positive result, or if there was a problem with the alert. There should not be anything written for "not positive" alert results. Can you please get us an example of what you are seeing for one of these "not positive" results. Save the log using "File >> Save Log to File" on the Alerts Manager. You are getting an alert for every stock, as the alert condition you have set is TRUE for every stock. You need to adjust your formula to be more specific to what you are looking for.
