Dear Support Team! I've used Sierra for about a week, and one day when I started SC this red error message popped up. Deleting and redownloading data didn't solved it. I reinstalled SC 2 times, still no help. We can not explain why the "Permission Denied" error occurs. It is coming from Rithmic, so it is something you would need to ask them. Everything we know is is in the link given previously. To get data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed at the Non-Professional rates, requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
