After updating to version 2866 (I skipped over 2865) the DOM Trade window no longer has anything on it but the ladder of prices. No wat to change the number of contracts, No buy sell button at all there is NOTHING.

Please advise - it is unusable as is.

We assume you are referring to the Trade Window not being attached. The first thing to do is to select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart" to get the Trade Window attached to the DOM again.

We have had reports of issues with the Trade Window not staying attached. Please update to the latest release and let us know if you continue to have an issue. Follow these instructions to update:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Yes - the trade window is not attached, even though it is checked that it is. I though I solved this by unchecking it then rechecking it and it attaches. But when I saved the chartbooks then exited and restarted the program it did not save or keep my changes. I will update the version and post the result.

I updated to the current version using the Help>Download Current Version. It is the same as what my version was - Version 2866 so:

It is NOT working. It does not save the trade window attached. It reverts to it being not attached. The only way to TEMPORARILY attached it by doing what I did in the previous post - but then if I exit Sierra Chart it reverts to being unattached even though the attach trade window is checked. So saving it is being over ridden by the glitch in the version.

Thanks
