We assume you are referring to the Trade Window not being attached. The first thing to do is to select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart" to get the Trade Window attached to the DOM again. We have had reports of issues with the Trade Window not staying attached. Please update to the latest release and let us know if you continue to have an issue.
