Is it possible to restore a narrow chart to its saved state if its TitleBar is disabled?

Dear engineers! Please review this simple test case. 1. Detach any chart window in any ChartBook. 2. Make this chart as narrow as possible - you'll see there is a limit. 3. Uncheck "MainMenu -> Chart -> Show Title Bar". 4. Now you can make this chart even narrower than the specified limit. 5. Save and close the ChartBook with this chart. 6. Open this ChartBook again - you'll see the chart restored to the said limit. So, my question is: is it possible to restore a narrow chart to its saved state if its TitleBar is disabled? Thank you!
