Dear engineers! Please review this simple test case. 1. Detach any chart window in any ChartBook. 2. Make this chart as narrow as possible - you'll see there is a limit. 3. Uncheck "Main Menu -> Chart -> Show Title Bar". 4. Now you can make this chart even narrower than the specified limit. 5. Save and close this ChartBook. 6. Open this ChartBook again - you'll see this detached chart restored to the said limit width. So, my question is: is it possible to restore a narrow chart to its saved width if its TitleBar is hidden?
