I am trying to troubleshoot an alert sound not playing, as outlined here. General Settings Window: Troubleshooting for Alert Sounds That Do Not Play When I go to click log in the alert manager, it does not match the format shown in the troubleshooting article. i have attached screenshots of what im clicking in alert manager, and the graphic i am not able to replicate. Why is this occurring? |

Yes there are some differences. The screenshot has not been updated but you can still see the Alert Sound being played after "Alert:". Looks like you have set a user-defined name.
