Hi team, I want to change account name for this account. Also, we want to take package 12 which costs 56 dollars a month. I want to connect my account with CQG and place orders using Sierra charts DLL. Whats the process for that and how will I receive live data feed. Please give me clarity on this. I want to change account name for this account
We can change the Account Name for you. Please post in the "Account Support Tickets" at the following link, and let us know you want to change the Account Name and give us the name you want to change to. The Account Name must be at least 10 characters long. Sierra Chart does not have connectivity with CQG for data for the CME Group and EUREX. So if you are wanting data for either of these exchanges, then you will need to get this data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
