Error message on MNQ Trading Dom

Hi when I open a new dom for MNQ it opens ok, but when I try to detach the trade window from the dom, I get an error message "F.US.MNQH26[M] #6 |Error creating the Trade Window. *" Then it opens a stack of small trade windows that have no content on them, and if I try to reattach the trade window to the dom it wont let me. I tried closing the software and restarting the computer but it is still doing it. Any solutions?

Now I just got a message that says I am unsubscribed from market depth for MGCG but I didnt do anything

1. This is going to be an operating system level issue. This is one reason we are working hard, to reduce window resources within Sierra Chart because the windows operating system is terrible, with window creation and management. Do you have a lot of trade windows open? When a problem like this occurs you will need to restart Sierra Chart. One thing that might help is to enable this option: General Settings Window: Destroy Chart Windows when Hidden (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI) We also want you to update Sierra Chart to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update We do not think this is going to matter in this case though but there are various small issues resolved related to the MDI window development. 2. Dang lol. I just bought this windows computer like 2 days ago solely because Sierra says it has issues with MacOS.

We really would not expect a problem like this. How many charts do you have open? How many trade windows are open?
