First, if you want to increase the number of downlaods so you can get the historical data, then you can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=302787#AdditionalHistoricalDownloads As to how to reduce the number of downloads, changing the number of days to load will not make any difference. The downloads are when the system actually makes a request to get any missing data. The best way to reduce this is to keep Sierra Chart running. If you continuously shut it down, or let the computer go to sleep or hibernate mode, then when you connect, it is making another request for the missing historical data. And, of course, you can reduce the number of historical data charts. It will not matter to reduce the number of days loaded in a chart. It does not make sense that you would be reaching that number historical daily data downloads so soon. It is hard to know specifically what is happening in your case. You can see the downloads occurring in the Message Log: Message Log Here is more information: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Daily Data Download Limit You can purchase more here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AdditionalHistoricalDownloads Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
