First, you do not have an active account with us. Your account is setup to renew to Package 10 for 1 month. So as soon as you have enough funds in your account ($36.00) the package will be automatically renewed. If you want a different package, then you will want to change this at the following link before you add funds: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=292465#ServicePackage You can add funds to your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit#MoveToTop As to the data agreements, you are wanting to be classified as a Non-Professional, but you have not entered a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number". These are necessary in order to be considered a Non-Professional by the CME Group. You also need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that live account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have worked out the above, then you can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME Once the agreements are accepted and your account is set as a Non-Professional, then you can activate an exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
