Alt account not showing up as one of the accounts on the Trade Window dropdown

I have 2 brokerage accounts under the same login at my brokerage, but only one option is showing in the Account dropdown list on the Order Window. What do I need to do to get the second account to show up? When I created the account, I had to put one account number in the setup form, but the second account has a different number. Do I need to register the second account in Sierra or should the two accounts be connected directly from the brokerage side? Since I already have a live connection with the login, is there a way to add the second account to my existing Sierra data feed? Thanks

If the accounts are setup properly with your broker such that they are both available under the same login credentials, then they should both be showing up when you are connected to that service. So from what you state, you should be seeing both accounts. Please get us your Trade Service Log by following these instructions, as it will show how many accounts are being accessed: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Lines From Trade Service Log But most likely, something is not setup properly for that second account and you will need to work it out with your broker.
