Inaccurate Entry

Hi,

My account was temporarily deactivated as I hadn't topped up the funds required having been away for Xmas and New Years. I topped up last week and re-activated my account. However, since doing this my entry points have been inaccurate, like the chart is not quite aligned?...

What I mean by this is, I hit market long with 2 micro contracts at 57.61, but the entry immediately jumps down to 57.53, putting me 16 tics onside immediately. I thought something was wrong so exited very soon after entering with price showing 20 tics profit at that point, but as soon as I exited it showed a -2 tic loss. Basically, my point of intended entry is not accurate to the actual entry.

Can someone help me with this please.

Many thanks

The exchange that you had active in December did not automatically renew on January 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.

Therefore, you are currently getting the Delayed Streaming Data, which is why you are not seeing the trades line up properly, as you are not viewing the current data.

You can activate the exchange you had previously (or other options) at the following link:

If you need to add funds, then you can do this at the following link:
