I have SC data and trade connected to Rithmic with Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds set to yes. Today I opened my charts for the first time since 12/30/25 and they will not load new data, they are frozen at the last point I had them open. I have reloaded/recalculated, translated, disconnected/reconnected to no avail. The charts seem to load properly when switching data service to sc data, although the price info appears to be delayed. But when I switch back to rithmic the charts only load to 12/30/25. Even if there was a problem with Rithmic, which I don't see reported anywhere, shouldn't they still load since they are set to use sc data? Resolved. My cme subscription either didn't renew or I deactivated it by mistake somehow, although I don't recall doing that. But everything seems to be working now.

Just so you are aware, you did not have enough funds in your account on January 1, 2026 when the exchanges tried to automatically renew, therefore they were deactivated. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, and the exact time that we process the renewals is around 00:15:00 in UTC time.
