Hi, am I able to connect a subaccount (I am using AMP futures as a broker)) and have someone else use my connection on another computer? If so, this functionality is not working on my Sierra Chart account. The subaccount connects but the data feed is not working. Please help with this.

Subaccounts that are setup with your broker can be accessed within Sierra Chart. We see that you are using Teton Order Routing, in which case there is nothing special for you to do. All your accounts associated setup with Teton will be available within your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the following for how to select which account is being traded for each chart: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Officially, each user of Sierra Chart is supposed to have their own account. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Licensing / Number of Systems In order to be able to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to two different computers at the same, you would need to pay a second set of exchange fees. You are not setup for this at this time. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
