The processing of the data on the server, is efficient and we noticed no performance issues or any type of freezing at all. It all looks very good.

The previous problem is definitely resolved now. If there is an interruption it would be due to Internet connectivity most likely. We are also monitoring the data feed remotely, in the United States and do not observe any problems.

What symbol are you looking at? We checked June FESX.

What we want you to do when you notice the freezing is look at the title bar of Sierra Chart and look at the clock. It should be updating every second. Is it stopping?

Thank you.

The clock in the Sierra Chart title bar does not stop when this happens. It continues updating every second.

For additional context, I have now also enabled the Sierra NTP client properly, and Sierra has permission to set system time. The log shows only very small clock adjustments, for example around -2.6 ms and +10.7 ms, with packet offsets around 9 to 13 ms, so local clock mismatch should no longer be a factor.

I have also enabled the DD field in the chart header. What I am seeing there is that the minimum is around 00:00:00.500, but at times it spikes much higher, for example around 10 seconds, then around 4 seconds, and quite often around 2 seconds.

I am looking at June FESX.

I am not sure whether those DD spikes are meaningful on your side, but I thought it may be useful information for your checks.

It was working ok yesterday so not sure why this is happening. My internet speed is 150mb

Quick update: It seems to be working now. I haven't changed anything on my end. DD time is now around 00:00:00.100
