Hi, I don't know what's wrong with Sierra Chart. It doesn't load anything, no charts. I'm attaching the log.

Ok, the problem was solved by restarting but now it's as if it's not loading my data: they arrive up to December 12th, then directly to today but with a time gap: the data for the entire day is missing.

You are going to have problems using Rithmic data: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy Regarding those exceptions you are getting, you do need to restart Sierra Chart. Also update to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

But is the problem of historical data given by rithmic?

Yes. Rithmic is particularly bad about historical data. If you can get any, you may only get a few days. You can not get data for a previous contract at all. If you need historical data, then you would be best served to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Just keep in mind that if you need data for the CME Group, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Okay, sure, actually I only use Rithmic for trading data. I left the Market Data and Historical Data blank so I can use Denali. It's always worked, but since yesterday I can't figure out why it's not working. Specifically, the data goes up to December 12th and then slips to January 2nd (even though I have a gap in the January 2nd data). But I had that data since I traded all December. Do you know how to help me?

Okay, thanks. But I still have a gap in the historical data. I look at the screen, the date is December 12th and the last profile volume is from yesterday.

Now that you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active for the CME Group data, you can get the missing data. Follow the instructions at the following link: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
