I have an active Service Package 11, but Sierra Chart only enables Historical Data Service. Real-time data does not connect. Please enable/refresh my real-time data entitlement.

You do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you will not get any real-time data for exchanges that are part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. I will be trading CME Group futures only, specifically Gold (GC – COMEX) and Crude Oil (CL – NYMEX). Please enable the CME Group exchanges under the Denali Exchange Data Feed for non-professional use.
