Problem with AD-NYSE-I-NYSE market stat

Dear Sierra, My Sierra Chart won't download AD-NYSE-I-NYSE (Advancing Issues minus Declining Issues for NYSE). It says: "HD Request # 75 | Requesting 1 Day of data at 30 secs with ending Date-Time at 2014-07-07 23:27:58 for AD-NYSE-I-NYSE | 2014-10-19 23:52:40 HD Request # 75 | Message from IB: Historical Market Data Service error message:No market data permissions for NYSE IND. IB Error Code: 162. Request ID: 91. | 2014-10-19 23:52:40". I have SC version 1199 and Sierra Chart Service Package 5. Don't understand why it is not working. All other market stats are working (including other NYSE breadth indicators such as TRIN and UVOL). Please help. Thanks. |
