Hello Sierra Chart Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I would like to ask whether it is possible to pause or temporarily suspend my Sierra Chart subscription while I am on vacation. Specifically, I would like to know if there is an option to keep the plan inactive when I am not using the platform and reactivate it again when I resume trading, without affecting or reducing my existing plan duration. Please let me know if this option is available, or if there are any alternative ways to ensure that unused time is not deducted from my subscription during periods of non-use.
