Hello,

Today I noticed every few minutes data pauses on TSLA. I run 5 instances and both that run TSLA pause at the same time (one just the DOM the other running charts). I don’t notice interruption on other instances running other symbols (currently ES and META).

Don’t see connection warning in status bar or message log errors. Is this something from CTA feed’s end? Do you see any issues on your side?

Thank you.

Rebooted my system and while running only two instances with just TSLA data on each it still pauses for a few seconds intermittently.

Should also mention this was the first time I noticed the data lagged at the market open and took a few seconds to catch up.

There is nothing in the log that shows any issues.

We see that the log is from a Sub-Instance. If you open a chart in the main instance of Sierra Chart for TSLA, do you see the same issue?

I do see the same issue on main instance. At the moment it seems to be happening less often now across all instances.

We have checked our source server and we see no problem with the processing of NASDAQ/UTP equities. Everything is fine there. There is no missing data and no packet loss.

This looks like an Internet connectivity issue you are having.
