Hi, I restarted my computer and when I opened Sierra Chart again, the price data on the TPO profile is now inaccurate, and drops all the way to zero for one period. I have tried closing and reopening Sierra Chart, although the problem persists.

I've attached a few screenshots showing the issue.

Can you please help me find a fix to this?

Thanks

someone from SC will answer, we cannot see your screen-shot, but perhaps you still watch the Dec contract? If yes, it expired today at cash-open

This might be related to the Futures contract rollover. Try re-downloading the historical Daily data only for the last two contract months:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

Otherwise, set the Continuous Futures Contract Chart option to None for the time being for the chart:
Chart Settings: Continuous Contract (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

I was able to fix the issue.

I had already done a futures contract rollover before the issue, and was using the current contract expiring in March.

After using the steps for Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data and after " Edit >> Delete All Data And Download " the issue was resolved.

Thank you!
