Hello, I am using a Linear Regression Channel and would like to adjust it using a shortcut button or hotkey. Specifically, I want to: Expand or contract the channel (increase/decrease its width) Extend or shorten the channel length Apply positive or negative increments with repeated button presses The goal is to modify the channel interactively without opening the Study Settings. Is this possible using: Chart Shortcut Menu buttons? ACSIL? An existing user-contributed study or tool? If not directly supported, what is the recommended workaround? Thank you. |

There is no support for these options for the "Linear Regression End Channel" study. This could be done using a Custom Study, as you can adjust the "Length" parameter of the study when you recognize a particular Keyboard Shortcut. Refer to the following: Advanced Custom Study Interaction With Menus, Control Bar Buttons, Pointer Events ACSIL Interface Members - Functions: sc.SetChartStudyInputInt() https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartStudyAndSystemProgrammers.php -- Another option you might want to look at is the "Linear Regression" drawing tool, as this might give you more of what you want. Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Linear Regression For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-12-17 21:10:01
