Footprint chart and market profile charts are not showing data

Hello, I have tried everything and followed every settings instruction there is but for some reason i can't get my footprint or market profile charts to show data. I have activate the Denali data feed and the full CME group with market depth exchange, I have also linked my futures account from Ironbeam as well. The charts were fine before i activated all the live data etc but now i just can't seem to bring them back. Can anyone help out with this please. (P.s I am using the G7FX templates for the charts) |

This is because you are using service package 10. You will need service package 11 for this. We have given you a trial for 30 days to service package 11 for free. Thank you that solved the problem, been stuck on this for a while such a relief. I will upgrade the package as well, thanks a lot for your help |
