Good morning, I need real-time data for the S&P emini. I think i have the correct data package but my charts are delayed 10 minutes. I have real-time data for the QQQ's but i will not be trading that anymore. I switched to the S&P emini (ES) Can you please tell me what i need to do to get real-time data Rick HOffenkamp Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-12-11 18:38:07

You have activated a Non-Professional exchange option for the CME Group data, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Related to this, you have not completed the Exchange Agreements for the CME Group data correctly. On the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" you need to enter your "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" in order to be able to get the data at the Non-Professional rates. If you do not know your "Clearing Firm" then enter your Brokerage name. You can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
