I'm trying to get a visual alert on the main price graph (Using Numbers Bars) when the current main price graph bar closes higher and the bar on the study (Cumulative Delta Bars - Volume) closes showing negative delta. This is the alert condition: =C > O AND ID3.SG4 < ID3.SG1 ID3.SG4 is the Close of the CDBV study & ID3.SG1 is the Open. I do not get any Syntax or other errors in the Message Log, however, there is no visual alert when a current main price graph bar closes higher and the CDBV study shows negative delta. I followed the steps in the, "Drawing Arrows/Text or Other Styles at the High or Low of Bars" in the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition Studies Reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks - Dave |

You are not using the AND() function properly. Your formula should be the following: =AND(C > O, ID3.SG4 < ID3.SG1) Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SpreadsheetFunctions.html#AND_Function For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
