Hey support team. Not to be rude but your solution for the "permission denied" says a lot of nothing to be honest. I simply cant connect to my rithmic account because of this.I left the hist data and everything blank just like you said and i still get a denied error. I tried every APEX aggregated and non aggregated and it still does not work. I really do need help because I Think I paid for nothing if your support cant help me. thanks in advance I hope someone can help me !

It has nothing to do with Sierra, I am using Rithmic too, you need call APEX, see if there is a mis-spelling of your Rithmic Username or wrong password. Sierra doesn't have control over Rithmic user/password authentication. Attached Google AI's answer for your reference. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-12-09 05:28:54

We can certainly do the refund, but is it a problem actually connecting. So there is no connection, at all?
