I want to buy COMEX real-time data in which I will use DOM and Tape, which costs $13. Along with that, I will also connect a live futures trading account. My question is: which service package will I need to buy with it—SP10, SP11, or SP12? And please also explain why.

I have a live Interactive Brokers account. I want COMEX data. Please tell me whether it is mandatory to deposit funds in IB, because I have not deposited yet, and my balance is zero. I only need Level 1 order book data. Please advise which subscription plan I need for Gold futures data.

You do have to have funds in your Interactive Brokers account in order to connect your Sierra Chart software to it and verify your non-professional standing. We can not say how much you need, but typically the number is around $100.00. But you would need to check with Interactive Brokers on this. In order to be able to get the data for COMEX, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. The exact package you need is up to you, as it depends on your charting needs.
