Hi

I am trying to get 10 years of historical data on my daily and weekly ES chart but can only seem to download just over 5 years.

I have tried to get the same data on my NQ chart but can only get the data back to 9th September 2019

I have managed to get data on my Eurex Bund Weekly going back to 2013 - I have used the same settings for both Eurex and CME products

Is it possible to get data going back for the CME products?

I have tried everything I can find on the support boards etc for this but have had no joy

Many Thanks

Since you are using Rithmic, there is a limit to the number of years due to a single digit year in the symbols. You need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service:

Thanks for the quick response

Can I ask why the Eurex symbols allow me to get more data when they are going through Rithmic also?

This is because those symbols, have two or more digits for the year. All other Rithmic symbols, the most commonly used ones, use a single digit year.

If I switched over to Teton with my broker for CME non pro fees - can I still connect to the Eurex exchange without Rithmic for the Data using denali - as I am only sim trading for now?
