Hi I am trying to get 10 years of historical data on my daily and weekly ES chart but can only seem to download just over 5 years. I have tried to get the same data on my NQ chart but can only get the data back to 9th September 2019 I have managed to get data on my Eurex Bund Weekly going back to 2013 - I have used the same settings for both Eurex and CME products Is it possible to get data going back for the CME products? I have tried everything I can find on the support boards etc for this but have had no joy Many Thanks |

Since you are using Rithmic, there is a limit to the number of years due to a single digit year in the symbols. You need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service And this is also explained very clearly here: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Introduction Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thanks for the quick response Can I ask why the Eurex symbols allow me to get more data when they are going through Rithmic also? |

This is because those symbols, have two or more digits for the year. All other Rithmic symbols, the most commonly used ones, use a single digit year.

If I switched over to Teton with my broker for CME non pro fees - can I still connect to the Eurex exchange without Rithmic for the Data using denali - as I am only sim trading for now?
