Hello

I am having an issue where the “SC Data – All Services” option does not appear in my Data/Trade Service Settings.
Because of this, Sierra Chart is not downloading the required historical CME single-contract data files (.dly) needed for Continuous Futures Charts.

My Message Log repeatedly shows errors such as:

- Error while getting daily settlement price from historical CME contract files (.dly)
- File does not exist: NQH99-CME.dly, NQM00-CME.dly, NQZ01-CME.dly, etc.
- Unable to determine transition date based on volume
- Account level limitation

As a result, Continuous Futures Chart functions (Back-Adjusted, Volume Based Rollover, Date Rule Rollover) all fail.
The charts break, large gaps appear (especially from 2025 contracts), and proper contract merging does not occur.

My Denali Exchange Data Feed is active, and real-time CME data works correctly.
However, it appears that my account’s SC Data / Historical Data flags are not enabled,
because Sierra Chart is unable to download the historical single-contract .dly files.

**Request:**
Could you please check and reset or re-enable the SC Data / Market Data flags on my account
so that I can use SC Data historical servers and download CME historical contract files required for Continuous Futures Charts?

In the "Current Selected Service" there is an option for "SC Data". It was called "SC Data - All Services" in the past, but this changed about 6 months ago. They are the same thing, so if you actually do not have "SC Data" in your list, then let us know.

We do not think there is anything specific going on. It sounds like you are simply requesting data too far back in time, so we do not have it. Specifically, you are trying to get data for NQ back in 1999, 2000, and 2001. The data that far back may be spotty, or non-existent. You need to change the amount of data you are trying to load to not go that far back.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
