In the "Current Selected Service" there is an option for "SC Data". It was called "SC Data - All Services" in the past, but this changed about 6 months ago. They are the same thing, so if you actually do not have "SC Data" in your list, then let us know. We do not think there is anything specific going on. It sounds like you are simply requesting data too far back in time, so we do not have it. Specifically, you are trying to get data for NQ back in 1999, 2000, and 2001. The data that far back may be spotty, or non-existent. You need to change the amount of data you are trying to load to not go that far back.
