The charts on my main computer are not updating.. I disconnected and restarted my computer

You used the term "main computer", implying that there is another computer that you use. You are not setup to get data to two different computers at the same time. So if you have Sierra Chart running on another computer, then this would stop you from being able to get data to the computer that most recently connected.

If you do not think it is the above, then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
